I'm going to talk to you about something that's been on a lot of people's minds lately - jean sizes. A lot of us get so caught up in what size we are and whether or not our jeans fit that we forget to appreciate our bodies for all they do for us.

So in this episode, I'm going to explain the reason why our JEANS are all different sizes and what to do about it.
