VeeCon and TheFitExpo are coming to Southern California in August for two consecutive weekends and I am attending both.

VeeCon is at LA Live Aug 9th, 10th, & 11th.
TheFitExpo - Anaheim is at the Anaheim Convention Center Aug 17th & 18th.

You may have heard me speak in previous episodes how in 2023 I made the commitment to myself to attend the events in 2024. In this episode I share how I am prepping and discuss various aspects. The tickets, the locations, the speakers or special guests, and more.
