Annie Willems has been a doula for the last 17 years and came across my TikTok feed during my pregnancy. I gravitated towards what she had to say because she answered so many of the questions I have as a first-time mom preparing for delivery (any day now!!) and she did so in a way that was permission-filled and peaceful.
So grateful to get to have this conversation with Annie as we are so close to delivering our own baby! But this conversation goes beyond childbirth and talks about how we deal with pain and uncertainty in general.
