Economist Jim Power last spoke with us on the programme in Summer of last year, at a time when the omens for the economy were very ominous. This week, John caught up with Jim to get his insights into where the economy is at 6 months on.

Every business has a story to tell, but how good are they at telling that story?  John Hurley, Chief Executive of Kilkenny Chamber of Commerce and Padraig Hyland, Co- Founder and Chief Executive of The Core Story joined John to chat about an upcoming Chamber Chat, where Padraig will be sharing some insights into how businesses can tell their story. 

On last week’s episode we spoke about objectives for the year ahead and how personal fitness and the correct state of mind are a vital part not only of business success but also for personal wellbeing.  Tom Britton Owner of Marble City Travel joined John to share some of his story.

Trish Finegan chatted to John about beginning a new chapter, as the business she started in 1990 along with her husband Eamon Blake - “Creative Catering” closes its doors after 32 years.
