The key to selling more books is to sell to a third party who either gives or sells the book to the reader. When you sell books directly to your reader, you are competing with a lot of distractions and expenses. When you are selling through a third party, you are bypassing this competition and you are doing somebody else a service. If you want to sell more books, you need to figure out where your target readers hang out, who they do business with, and make a plan to get your books to them indirectly.
