Leadership can be lonely: C9 Builds Your Tribe

On #PoisedforExit we had the good pleasure of featuring Aaron Eggert on the show today! Aaron is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Coalition 9, a Peer Group organization that seeks to create communities of trust, diversity and growth for leaders of companies and executives in various industries from a span of backgrounds. In just three short years, he's grown his organization to 21 groups with 200 members, and by referral only. That means something must be working!

To illustrate that's the case, Aaron shared a few success stories of members who have joined forces in business ventures as a result of meeting in a C9 Peer Group. Establishing the kind of trust required to become that connected is what C9 strives for in each Peer group.

Aaron's career start was in sales and he did well in that space. During that time he tried several peer groups himself and discovered that the requirements for most in joining were too prohibitive for most professionals. He wanted to level the playing field, and he did.
