Tracy Spears has made a career out of helping others. As the Founder of the Exceptional Leaders Lab, she engages with developing leaders, inspiring teamwork and creating inclusive cultures. She’s a best-selling author, host of the Shift Out Loud Podcast, TEDx speaker (you should look her up!) and keynote speaker among many other things.  During this podcast we’ll discuss her humble beginnings growing up in a trailer park in Tulsa as well as being  disowned by her parents in her early twenty’s when they found out she was gay, and how all these life experiences shaped her into who she is today.
