I used to believe that if I was afraid of doing something, that meant that I'd always be afraid of it and that I'd have to miss out on doing it.

Now, many years later I fully know this to be untrue. After learning how to transform fear, there are many things I do now without fear at all that I used to be terrified of; and there are many things that I do with fear by my side.

Last weekend I came face to face with deep, old fear that threatened to stop me from finishing a race that I had been excited about.

I practiced a six-step method for transforming fear that I'm sharing with you today and not only got through the experience, but walked away feeling transformed and free to experience more of what I'd love to do from this moment forward.
