Phoenix is the lead visionary and teacher trainer of embodiment, community development, authentic leadership and mistress of ceremony from the Mistery School and practice for liberation: Dancing Freedom.

Inspired by her experiences on dance floors from around the globe, this sister has devoted the past 20 years of her life to exploring what it means to use dance, authentic movement and ceremony for healing and transformation. In facilitating her own evolution and that of others she is assisting with the global shift that is happening at this time. With the tools she has gained throughout her life she empowers and reminds others to embrace their body’s movements and natural intelligence as a means of experiencing life to its fullest.

In this conversation you will be able to listen to the intention of our hearts to be seen and recognized, as well as embodying the practices that remind us of who we are is the key to integrating all the parts that make up our spiritual path, the ascension of light and the darkness as one.
