Gemma's Bio:

I am an educator at heart on a mission to help individuals and teams unlock their potential and live more effective and well rounded lives. My journey started at 16 when I received leadership training that transformed my outlook and helped me to overcome personal challenges. Since then I qualified as a teacher and started my own business in 2014 to pass that expertise on.

I now work with corporate managers, refugees, student activists and charity teams on developing their self leadership, teamwork, wellbeing and a whole host of other soft skills that support a balanced and fulfilling life.

Specialities include: Wellbeing, leadership, conflict management, communication, personal effectiveness and bringing together education and emotional intelligence.

My current focus is my Tools for Happier Living Programme: 8 weeks of positive psychology tools.
