Brad Lea is the Founder & Chairman of Lightspeed VT, Host of the Dropping Bombs podcast, Author of The Hard Way, as well as an investor, speaker, podcaster, and philanthropist.

Brad dropped out of high school at age 16 to pursue his dream of becoming a movie star in Los Angeles. After 6 months he got tired of being broke and started his career in sales. He sold artwork, vacuums, and eventually found car sales. While honing his sales skills in the car business he created a presentation called "The Real Deal" and traveled around the country training sales teams, which was genesis for the virtual learning platform that he created in Lightspeed.
