I'm raising my hand right now, my friend. I lived this way through my early twenties and as a result I kept myself so small, barely knew my own emotions, and instead felt like an emotional chameleon, taking on everyone else's. I genuinely wanted to help others feel better and I also wanted to feel better myself.
Only when I shifted my focus from trying to make others happy to trying to heal myself and make myself happy did I shift this pattern and now am able to genuinely help others while feeling energized instead of drained.
In today's episode I'm sharing actionable tips to help you allow your own emotions and energy to flow so you can stop feeling small and instead let your own light shine. When you do that, you'll see how you'll inspire others and help them in ways you really couldn't when keeping yourself small.
