My guest today, Kitty Blomfeld, is just like so many of us, having gone through a cycle of dieting, binging, and doing things she thought were good for her body (like heavily restrictive practices), but were actively hurting it. Her health and wellness travels brought her to weight training, and then everything changed.

Through regimented eating and training routines, Kitty got truly healthy. Now, she shares her learnings through NuStrength, her online program coaching women on how to get healthy, and feel healthy, while eating more and training less.
