Ras and Kathy of Team Ultrapedestrian were back on the podcast to talk about their book 98 Days of Wind. Their attempt to yo-yo the Grand Enchantment Trail ended amidst a forest fire, extreme heat and health issues.

Despite not completing their attempt, I couldn’t help but talk about their positive outlook on life and even on the hike itself. It rings through the book as a positive motivation! I compared the book to a modern day diary, using social media posts as a part of their daily journaling.
