Tonight, I was in the studio researching the second chakra, the seat of creativity and sexuality, sensuality, pleasure, enthusiasm, joy, desire. I found this mantra in the Kundalina Yoga tradition, played with it on my piano composing a melody that felt beautiful in my body to sing, and recorded it for you before coming home to make dinner.
