Atlanta, GA. Spring, 1994.  The downtown district of the southern metropolis looks like one big concert outdoor afterparty. 
Streets and highway exits are one big parking lot and the locals are upset. 
What has famously become a full weekend of music, parties and debauchery didn’t always start out that way. 

We sat down with one of the co-founders of this legendary event, Charles Geer,  to discuss how it started and when he became.
