In this episode I sit down with an old training partner in Jason Augustine!

When I first met Jason he was a BIG dude. He's still big now, but mainly tall (and much skinnier).

That said, Jason definitely stands out due to his style, complexion and I guess most people nowadays would say he is a fairly confident guy.

Let's just say it wasn't always that way, from being around 130kg's and lacking confidence, losing all that weight through Mixed Martial Artsand bearing the scars of that on his body to gaining confidence and making his way onto the 'Sis is this your man' Facebook group (3 times).

That said, Jason has always been a really nice guy so it was fun to catch up with him, talk about his upcoming TV debut & more!
