We are always up for a beloved episode re-watch and this one never disappoints! But even "ahhhhh, Salmon Skin Roll" and "DAMMIT Karl!!!" won't keep us from our list of general wondering-ments. Did they forget about the cake they had in the oven? Is it really that hard to come up with a homemade gift? We've got a few ideas of our own we could have thrown Chandler's way. Do you think David Schwimmer came up with the forehead double finger point for Unagi? We choose to think so. Pretty sure Janice's homemade mix tape for Chandler would have included some sort of label on it.

Phoebe and Rachel take a self-defense class but Ross thinks they're a little too confident after just one class so he aims to teach them a lesson in the concept of Unagi. Monica and Chandler are having a belated Valentine's Day celebration where they both agreed to make the presents themselves, except, they both forgot! Joey is in need of some extra cash so he looks into participating in some medical research projects. When the only one available is an identical twin study, he hires another actor, Karl, to stand-in as his twin.
