In June 2014, Derek and Maria Broaddus, along with their three young children, were preparing to move into their new house at 657 Boulevard in Westfield, New Jersey. The 6-bedroom house was described as the family's "dream home".  However... three days after the sale was finalized, an anonymous letter was delivered to their new mailbox. The letter, was addressed to "The New Owner."
