About This Episode:
For so long many companies and communities have followed a rigid leadership style -- one that is more hierarchical, where those in authority positions give high directive, with little input, enforced by inflexible policies… This type of 'command and control' leadership has been the mainstay since the 1950's/60's when people returning from WWII stepped into business leadership. While Command and Control may have worked in the past, I feel like this style of leadership is a relic of a bygone era.
#WALKWITHME and I'll share why it's on its way out and adjustments that will help you become a more effective leader today.
