Comfort kills. As amazing as our brain is, its primary purpose is to keep us alive and from getting hurt. Therefore, it always seeks the past of least resistance. In other words, our brain is always seeking comfort. However, nothing great is born out of comfort. Nothing grows in the comfort zone.
