Honesty is a competitive advantage.

In this day and age, very few companies are honest. This can clearly be seen by the tremendous number of layoffs done by companies who preached that they were doing "fine" last year.

If you can create an open loop of honest dialogue and truthfulness with your employees that never closes, you're on the path to building the greatest thing we have invented on this planet: a healthy, accountable and self-sustaining community.
