Can you recall in your life a time when you had a nurse that cared for you? I can! When I would go to the hospital to deliver our children inevitably I would have a nurse that showed me so much patience and compassion. I reached out to my friend Lauri who has been a nurse for 24 years. I asked her if she would come on the podcast and share with you why she went into nursing and some of her experiences as a nurse. Also the challenges she faced as a nurse during Covid. Lauri is a mother of four and married to Keven. I interviewed Keven in episode 74 about his difficult upbringing and how he also has overcome the many challenges he faced in his youth and adult years.
