Sometimes all we need is permission from ourselves to feel and think differently. When certain feelings come up like dread, overwhelm or fear, we wonder how we can feel peace, contentment or anything other than those negative emotions. The key is to acknowledge and validate ourselves in that moment and also give ourselves permission for something better to be available. Let’s see what happens when we do this.
