I occasionally get asked, "What is the dark web?" While many things that you hear about it are true, not everything that's on it or everyone visiting pages on it are necessarily bad. In short if the page you want to visit is unindexed and unsearchable it's dark and can only be reached using special software, it's safe to assume it's "dark". ||
