Today's episode of my viral meningitis recovery journal was recorded on 10/01/21. It is very cold out today so I've put on my Russian hat. I do look a sight but at least my ears are warm. So today I was considering whether I'm stress eating again. I've still got some what I would call Christmas food and I'm working my way through it.
