Marnie, a former high school math teacher turned EdTech executive, earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and has led teams in customer success and leadership development. She co-founded and scaled a software company with Nick and two other co-founders, which started, scaled and sold for 8 figures in 3 years.

Nick Coniglio is a seasoned technology veteran with over three decades of experience in the ever-evolving world of IT. Nick has donned numerous hats, transitioning from programmer to team lead/manager and from corporate executive to tech startup entrepreneur. Nick’s last two decades were marked by his leadership in four different companies, each of which experienced remarkable growth and successful exits.

Together, they blend real-world experience, leadership practice, and engaging storytelling to make personal and professional growth both practical and inspiring. After exiting their software company, they wrote *Lead it Like Lasso* which has won two Book Fest awards in the categories of Business Leadership and Personal Growth and two International Impact Book Awards in the categories of Leadership and Personal Development.

They currently host two leadership podcasts. When not talking about leadership on a podcast or in a presentation, Nick can often be found attempting to lead himself to become a scratch golfer in Georgia and Marnie is learning to pickleball in Maryland.
