Ethan Burris is a Management Professor and Senior Associate Dean at the University of Texas-Austin McCombs School of Business. He studies and researches on the concept of employee voice, and how employees can make their voices heard. 

Recently, Ethan wrote an HBR article titled “How to Sell Your Ideas Up The Chain of Command” a critical skill for any employee who wants to advance within their company, get their ideas heard and successfully execute projects.
