The Wheel of Life s a popular coaching and self-assessment tool that helps you evaluate and balance different areas of our lives. It typically consists of categories such as career, finances, health, relationships, personal development, and more. The idea is to assess your level of satisfaction or fulfillment in each area by assigning a score, usually on a scale of 1 to 10.
Start by filling out the Wheel of Life, assigning a score to each category based on your current level of satisfaction. Reflect on each area and consider how you feel about your progress, fulfillment, or contentment in each aspect of your life.
By combining the Wheel of Life with gratitude, you can create a holistic approach to self-reflection, goal-setting, and personal development, ultimately contributing to a more balanced and happy life.
