Today we're diving into my dutch test results and my experience with gaining fat and losing muscle dispite my best efforts. I wanted to take care of my body but I didn't want to implement and abide by food rules because I was so into anti-diet culture. After working with a personal trainer for a few months I'm finally losing fat and gaining muscle again.
