It's been hard to track what's going on with Vladimir Tarasenko. Is he going to be a Carolina Hurricanes? Did he already sign a contract? Days after reports surfaced of a possible contract in Carolina things don't look great for Canes fans. Not to pile on but new on current Hurricanes defenseman Brett Pesce isn't much better.
