Over the past few years, I've seen several SECDEFs (Secretary of Defense) come and go. After reviewing the background of a few I found some interesting connections. I believe it's time for the American people to evaluate every branch of government and institution. During this evaluation period we must ask ourselves one simple question "Who do they serve?".
