A lot of us, including myself in the past, put our dependency of "happiness/fulfillment/contentment" in the concept of financial security/freedom. It's a lie that's passed down from generation to generation. We're made to own the fear of "missing out" and to occupy most of our time with work so we don't miss out on the luxuries of "life". But this was never meant to be the case of our existence. How much of ourselves and of our lives are we willing to sacrifice...in the name of "success"?
