15: Achieve Your Breakthrough with Scott Colby

This is one of Scott's favorite quotes, and I think it sums up his approach to fitness and life quite well.
I met Scott through Podcaster's Paradise.  He's a fellow podcaster and someone many people including myself look up to.

 Scott Colby is the creator of Fit For Photos, where he helps real men and women look hot for a professional photo shoot. He’s worked with hundreds of people personally as one-on-one clients and consulted and helped thousands of men and women in his online businesses, teleseminars, and other products. He’s an internationally known fitness professional, speaker and author.

At the end of every episode, I've asked, what are you grateful for.  One of Scott's answers was surprising considering he like's to take his clients on "unplugged" adventure trips.  The other answer I love hearing, "my parents, they're always very supportive of me".
