It was the intention to riff on Feminine and Masculine energy in todays episode, which I do! But... I also reflect on a few other things that have helped me to get to know how I 'flow'. 

Are you a Femninie core being? A Masculine core being? We ebb and flow between both, but things may start to feel off if we become trapped in the energy that doesn't serve us at the heart level.
