Ready for a round of breathwork? Let’s talk mastering your emotions. Breathwork is a great way to go DEEP meditatively speaking, as well as to free stuck energy and clear and cleanse you emotionally, and heal from the various traumas that we accumulate as humans.
Disclaimer: Listen to your body. Don't force it. If you have any physical or medical conditions, consult your doctor before doing breathwork. Only do breathwork lying or sitting down in a safe environment (e.g. never while driving or in the water or anywhere you could be in danger in the rare event you were to faint).
