You can still be kind to people without bending over backwards for the people who in all honesty…
DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

From a former people pleaser.
I hate when people are mad at me, or didn’t like me. A flood of insecurities that come from these people I would find myself trying to change who I was so they would see me differently.

And then I realized that I could smile, be kind, but I didn’t have to waste energy on people who just suck the life out of me.

You GROW.
They try to tear you down.

You SHINE.
They try to darken it.

You become a better version of YOU.
They think you are acting like you are better than everyone.

You get UNCOMFORTABLE.
They like to make sure to try and keep everyone comfortable.

You start to CHANGE.
They remind you of who you were in the past. Let’s be real, they like to bring up the NEGATIVE.

There will always be energy suckers in our life.
I think it is just part of the journey!!
Let’s find a way to use their energy as a way to fuel you to live your life!
