Coach Michael Hill is a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach and the Director of Sports Performance at Georgetown University, where he oversees the development of over 20 teams and over a thousand student-athletes. As a former student-athlete (shout-out to Florida Gulf Coast University!) myself, I was really excited to dive deep into leadership, strength training, and building character!
