This week, we are diving into WHAT type of team do you want to lead.  Most leaders are not asked this question and most didn't know this was even an option.  It is!  You get to choose the type of team you lead.

Below are the questions I shared in the episode to help you dig deeper and get clear on WHAT type of team you want to lead.

• Do you want to lead entry level, mid-level, or highly skilled employees?
• Do you want to lead a production, customer service, or consultative based team?
• Do you want to lead a team that is internal facing, external facing, or both?
• Do you want to primary recruit internally or externally?
• What kind of employees do you want to attract to your team?
• What characteristics do all of your employees share?
• What strengths of yours do you want to use the most?
