What does it mean to be free? Across the world, children grow up and they are subjected to the same BS judgments about masculine and feminine energies. Men shouldn't be too soft or feminine, women shouldn't be empowered and instead, be subservient. Play with the wrong toy and you risk being labeled. Ruchika is an advocate for empowering Southeast Asian women to reclaim their sovereignty and align with their sense of self + highest vision of themselves with authenticity, integrity, intention, and their own intuition. Stand tall in their truth and speak their truth. Challenge outdated belief systems and cultivate values that align with their sense of self. Build agency over their own lives. Integrate their shakti (feminine) and the shiva (masculine) for divine consciousness. Embrace their softness and strength. Embrace their polarities and show up as their multi-dimensional selves.
