A  very HECTIC post-game following the loss to the Colts.  PAUL GUENTHER... FINALLY FIRED!!  I'm sure Raider Nation has been yearning to hear those four words for two years... and it did occur (if about 1.99 years too late!!)

THEN with the WIN by the Ravens over the Browns... it's readily apparent to MOST that the Raiders are on the outside looking in for the post-season.  I'm surmising the Ravens will likely win out... and if so they're in the important round.  WINNING OUT BY THE RAIDERS is a MUST... and they may still fall short.
