Eunice is the host of Rated V on Youtube. A show that showcases the best vegan foods around the world. Eunice started off her career in fashion like she always dreamed of. But, soon she realized that the travel she was doing using her PTO was giving her an experience unlike any other. 

She loved it so much that she quit her job to move to Valencia, Spain. Not just to teach but to work on her show where she shares her passion for vegan food and travel.
