Excited to host our very first long form interview on the Art of Likability. This interview is with Evan Franca owner of Wangs and the Brooklyn Crepe and Juice restaurant in NYC.  Evan is a young guy who has built a very successful business and talks about how to build an environment where people like you as a leader and want to go the extra mile for you (even if you are not around).
