Today's episode is with my friend Gina Brown, founder of MAGNIFY Innovation & Leadership. Gina has spent over 25 years helping people and organizations grow in leadership, innovation, and understanding neurodiversity. She’s passionate about redefining what great leadership looks like and helping others unlock their potential. Gina earned her undergraduate degrees in psychology and art from Wartburg College and her M.S. in Leadership Development from Drake University. The greatest classroom of all has been the 25+ years of experience and people she has met along the way. She is a public speaker, certified coach, and a certified Narrative Big 5 Professional.
It did go long... but trust me on this... you're going to want to listen to the whole thing. Especially anyone with ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed) or ADHD tendencies (AKA easily distracted). Gina shares a wealth of knowledge throughout our chat, and I wouldn't be shocked if you end up taking a few notes (I know I did!).
