I’ve found that it is equally important to be able to regulate our emotions and also learn how not to be overly emotional through it all. It is essential for our mental health to seek help if our emotions hinder our stability, and to be open for Dialectical Behavioural Therapy as one of the solutions thereof. Let’s get to it!
