Holly is registered with the British Association For Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine and regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council in the UK. A qualified yoga-instructor and corporate wellbeing consultant, Holly also holds an award-winning first-class Master’s from the University of Edinburgh. She is currently working towards a Master Practitioner programme with the National Centre for Eating Disorders in London.
Holly uses nutritional therapy, functional lab testing, and lifestyle coaching to work with each woman’s unique biochemistry and circumstances. She coaches her clients in personalized nutrition, exercise, mindset, and movement to balance their hormones, restore their health/periods so that they can live healthy, full lives.
