15. How can we be anti-racist as small business owners?

Listen Later

We are small, independent business owners and we have a responsibility to educate ourselves, speak up, and act against racism. Now. And from now on.  Even if it feels uncomfortable.

This week Éadaoin and Claire talk about owning a business as an anti-racist, what that might actually mean, seeking resources, and what it means to do the right thing.

Some talking points include:

  • Feeling the anxiety and resistance and finding a way to start the work.
  • This is work that must be more long-lasting than a trending hashtag.
  • This is the very beginning of a lifetime of work for all of us.
