I don't even remember what I did. I had a brief period of not quite mania but nudging the dial a bit. Lasted a few hours. I was able to utilise it. I probably sound very excited. Don't worry. It happens. I don't think we call it mania anymore.

I do prefer manic depressive I stead of bipolar. That's just my preference.
