While on the surface, it may be hard to directly link these two things - I believe our intuition is a our super power, and intuitive eating is an extension of that.
In this episode I discuss:
- The impact intuition has in our business;
-How we need to start defining "success" on our own terms, and the importance of core values;
-That all businesses need to include abundance or wealth generation as one of their core values, and that we need to stop feeling badly about that - the more wealth you accumulate, the bigger the impact you can have on the world;
-How our body is always intuitively communicating with us, and understanding how to eat in accordance with that is a great way to strengthen that mind body connection;
-Specific habits we have in our family to create connection to food and to encourage healthy eating with our kids;
-Routines that I specifically follow - though, I do note that what is right for me, is just that, for me and we all need to listen to our own bodies for that guidance, and
-If your current business strategy / model doesn't support your own health and wellbeing, it isn't sustainable, and it isn't ultimately fully successful.
