Stephen Kramer, the Director of Production and Experiences at NorthChurch, in Oklahoma City. Stephen has a heart for the local church, and specifically for Creatives in the local church. In July, 2015, he shared a talk at our CREATE:gathering about "Leading from the Middle." His talk covers what it is like to work with a Senior Pastor, collect his or her vision, and translate that to the creative team. He discusses many aspects of leadership within the creative team as well.
